The Ellie Effect will be walking at the 2023 Philadelphia Congenital Heart Walk to raise funds for The Children’s Heart Foundation. Their mission is to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects (CHDs) by funding the most promising research. We believe that raising money for CHD research is critically important as it benefits the Heart Warriors who are fighting to live longer and healthier lives and it honors the Heart Angels who have fiercely fought.

We invite you to support our team’s fundraising goal or come join our walking team! This family-friendly event is held at the Philadelphia Zoo with the program starting at 8:30am and features a half a mile walk through the zoo. The event includes full-day admission to the zoo so if you would like to join the team, there is a $20 minimum donation for guests over the age of 2.
